Delivery starts after order confirmation, with a 24-72 hour processing window (excluding weekends). If items ship from different locations, delivery may take longer.

REturns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original, pristine condition.
  • All original packaging, including tags, instructions, and inserts, must be intact and included.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items delivered and signed for through White Glove Delivery
  • Open Box items
